Dr. Keisha Powell is the CEO, Powell Therapy Solutions, LLC, a visionary Performance Psychologist and the driving force behind Powell Therapy Solutions, LLC—where Real Support. Real Growth. Real Inclusion is more than just words; they are our commitment to every patient and community we serve. As a Board-Certified Sexologist, Certified and Licensed Autism Specialist, and Certified Assistive Technology Specialist, Dr. Powell brings over 28 years of expertise in autism assessment, intervention, and advocacy.

A proud alumna of Grand Canyon University (PhD, Performance Psychology) and the University of Saint Joseph (MA & Post-Graduate Autism Spectrum Disorders), Dr. Powell has worked side-by-side with families across Connecticut, Massachusetts, California, Florida, Ohio, and the Caribbean. She spearheaded the Connecticut State Department of Education’s Autism Initiative as the Autism Coordinator for the State Education Resource Center, collaborating with the State Board of Education, advocacy groups, and school systems to foster community autism awareness, especially in communities of color.

Dr. Powell designs and delivers pioneering programs: Autism Functional Skills & Transition, Autism Sexual Awareness & Education, and Autism Sexual Abuse Therapy—integrating Applied Behavior Analysis and psychoanalytic principles to empower individuals diagnosed with ASD. She trains educators, parents, service responders, and administrators in best practices, ensuring that every person with autism is valued as the unique gift they are.

Beyond autism services, Dr. Powell is an accomplished author, published researcher, podcaster (Taboo: Transforming Your Pain To Passion©), and TV show host (The Dr. Powell Show©). She lends her insights as a sought-after public speaker and business coach, helping organizations achieve their strategic and financial goals.
